Once you've reviewed it, we'll make any necessary changes and repeat until your design is completed. From there, we'll provide you with the files. Depending on your plan, you can then submit your next request, and we'll begin the process again. Voila! With quick turnaround and good communication, we aren't wasting time in meetings or taking a week to get back to you with an estimate. Your job is completed, and we're moving on to the next request.
You are welcome to pause your subscription at any time during the billing cycle, and when you pick it up again for any length of time, you'll have that credit applied to your subscription moving forward for the next billing cycle.
For example, if you pause your subscription on the 10th day of your billing cycle, when you pick it up again, you'll have 20 days of credit applied to your account.
Yes, if you have the subscribed to the Pro Graphics subscription or above plan you can submit two job requests at a time.
You can upgrade your plan to include two requests at a time.
